Orange Park CrossFit goes beyond offering a place for you to get physically fit. We help prime you to live a full and strong life by tending to the things that may need boosting in our everyday lives. The Orange Part CrossFit methodology addresses fun functional fitness, cognitive stimulation, mental toughness and maybe most importantly, human connection. We offer a great selection of group classes and one-on-one training which includes: CrossFit, Olympic lifting, weightlifting, personal training and bootcamp. We educate our members on how to perform these movements efficiently and safely, and put a strong emphasis on how they should supplement their workouts with healthy nutrition and sleep habits. We want to make it easy for our members to come in as often as they like so we are offering 24-hour, secure-access to Orange Park CrossFit any time a class in not running.
