Orange Park CrossFit goes beyond offering a place for you to get physically fit. We help prime you to live a full and strong life by tending to the things that may need boosting in our everyday lives. The Orange Part CrossFit methodology addresses fun functional fitness, cognitive stimulation, mental toughness and maybe most importantly, human connection. We offer a great selection of group classes and one-on-one training which includes: CrossFit, Olympic lifting, weightlifting, personal training and bootcamp. We educate our members on how to perform these movements efficiently and safely, and put a strong emphasis on how they should supplement their workouts with healthy nutrition and sleep habits. We want to make it easy for our members to come in as often as they like so we are offering 24-hour, secure-access to Orange Park CrossFit any time a class in not running.

Our Training Grounds

At Orange Park CrossFit, you'll have access to our 3,000 sq.ft state-of-the-art CrossFit box stocked with everything you'd need to train for fun or for competition - including free weights and everything you need to get in the best shape of your life. Our workouts may be tough, but your membership amenities are 100% luxe.

  • Let’s start with the fact that it’s a gym/box combo, which means more resources and options for whatever your workout goals are! The coaches are amazing; very knowledgeable, motivating, and always willing to stop and help anyone out. They even remember your individual needs and weaknesses, and get just as excited as you do when you crush those old numbers and hit a new personal record. My favorite part has always been the group aspect; the people sweating and yelling right next to you and always pushing you to your limits. This place is awesome!
